About the Common Octopus

The common octopus (Octopus vulgaris) lives in warm and temperate seas worldwide, particularly in coastal waters, on rocky sea floors, and in coral reefs. Its arms can reach a span of up to one meter. Its diet includes crabs, clams, and small fish, which it catches using its arms and powerful beak.
