I’ve always been fascinated by the ocean and the lifestyle it embodies—a lifestyle that inspired me to found the OCEANSTORE. I asked myself why I wasn’t actually sharing this way of life and my love for the ocean with other people, and since I already had a gallery in the heart of Vienna, I decided to open the OCEANSTORE in December 2019.

The sea is an integral part of my life, and I’m interested in all topics and things related to it. As a result, my home is filled with everyday objects and works of art—both large and small, ordinary and extraordinary—that are connected, even if only in the most remote way, to the sea and the way of life it inspires. My art projects, too, are almost always connected to the sea—including my largest project to date, “The Sinking World.”
